Gladiolas for Next Season

Acrylic on Canvas, 22" x 28" Our lovely neighbor, Ruth, whom we see in Vermont while vacationing each summer. She prepares a huge gladiola garden every year, and sells the flowers in a little stand on the roadside, honor system. And every fall, the bulbs come up and she separates the baby bulbs from the mother bulbs for replanting the next year.

Kaethe and Butter

Oil on Canvas, 8" x 10" Our daughter with Butter , who thought he was a dog, and followed each of the girls on their paper routes each evening.
